Improving aerobics
Improving aerobics – a set of exercises aimed at improving the overall condition of the body. The difference from the previous type is that it is possible to adjust the intensity of the load and also the availability of a program for different levels of training: for both schoolchildren and girls who are expecting a baby. Improving aerobics includes: exercises in the pool (it helps to lose excess weight due to water resistance during exercise), step aerobics (it is possible to increase the load over time by increasing the height of the platform or doing weight exercises). Exercises with fitball (performed sitting or lying, one of the best ways to strengthen the abdominal muscles), stretching for beginners, power aerobics (dumbbells and mini barbells are used, a great way to “sculpt” the body or give an elegant relief to the muscles) and much more.
