Some well-known automakers order yachts for their own brand from famous designers, and then create them in a single copy. But even if some brand, say, Rolls-Royce, does not plan to make its own yacht, then there will definitely be a crazy designer who would offer his own version of such a project, if such existed.
Rolls-Royce 450EX. Conceptual boat, the design of which was developed by Stefan Monroe, who was passing practice at Rolls Royce.
Creating the design of a 14.5-meter yacht, they took the classic Rolls-Royce Phantom as a basis. The yacht has a 6-seater cockpit and no internal cabins – that is, created according to the principles of automotive layout.
Mercedes-Benz Granturismo. The concept was developed in 2012. This is the result of the collaboration of Mercedes-Benz Style and Silver Arrows Marin.
There was a huge amount of talk (and even official statements) about creating a yacht in full size. There was also a rumor about the release of a small series, but unfortunately, the concept remained only a sketch.
Lancia Powerboat. But this amazing yacht actually exists. Lancia was not stingy, and Sacs and designer Christian Grande were attracted to the collaboration by yacht builders. As a result of joint work in 2009, the only copy of the spectacular Lancia Powerboat was released.
The yacht has a length of 13.1 m and is driven by two engines FPT N67−560. The total engine power is 1120 hp, developing a speed of up to 100 km / h.
Jaguar Concept Speedboat. The most compact copy of the selection presented by us. The length of this concept is only 6.1 m in length.
The creation of some elements of the yacht was inspired by the classic “Jaguar” models – Jaguar D-Type and Jaguar XF. The yacht was designed by the official design department of Jaguar.
Bugatti Veyron Sang Bleu Speedboat. Of course Bugatti also hit our selection! This is not an official development, but only the fantasy of artist and designer Ben Walsh, inspired by the famous automaker.
Walsh created the look and feel of the yacht taking inspiration from the Bugatti Veyron. The designer even thought about how to place the original supercar engine in the boat.
Porsche Design Fearless 28. As in the case of Lancia, this boat was really built. Despite the fact that its development involved designers Porsche, it is equipped with a 550-strong ten-cylinder engine Dodge Viper.
The reason for this is that initially the design was ordered from Porsche by the manufacturer of the Fearless yachts, and the line is directly related to Porsche. A big plus is that this yacht is available for sale.
